I am an experienced Project manager working 12 years in                                                         the civil and building industry reporting to the Managing                                                         Director.

Having a sound knowledge of Project planning and the industry I’m responsible for the site from start to finish and to identify and solve any

problems that may occur.

                                                I am responsible for the smooth operation of the projects

                                                and staff. I am striving to always improve on quality,

                                                customer satisfaction and having a competitive

                                                position in the company that I work for.

When praise is received, I pass them to deserving individuals and use it as motivating example to others.

Discuss each project with sub-ordinate to ensure that all the required contractual requirements are in place before commencement. I aim act to correct and ensure they do not make the same mistake twice.
